We are currently aware of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack targeting our Atlantic USA server. Please note that due to the nature of this server being an edge location, DDoS protection is managed by the data center (DC) directly, which operates differently from our core region in the UK.

As a result of the attack, the data center has implemented a null route on the affected IP address to mitigate the impact. This action is a standard procedure to protect the network and infrastructure from further harm.

We are actively engaged in discussions with the data center to enhance their DDoS protection measures and are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
